Job Description:
NWRecruitersisseekingaSeniorProductManager.ThisrolewillberesponsibleforbringingprovenproductmanagementskillsandasolidunderstandingofsupportingcomplexproductsusinganagileSDLCprocess.Thecandidatewillworkcollaborativelywithproductdesign,businessowner,userexperiencedesign,andprogrammingteams.
Responsibilitiesinclude:
Supportsthemanagementanddeliveryofproductfunctionalityandclientconfigurationneeds
Collaboratewiththeproductmanagementandclientconfigurationteamstoensuresuccessfulimplementationofproductsandclientprograms
Identifyandpresentinnovativeandcreativedatamanagementsolutionstosupportproductenhancementsandclientrequirements.
Incorporatefeedbackfromproductdesign,sales,marketing,andutilizedataanalyticstoguideproductroadmapandtodeveloprequirementsthatdriveagreatproductexperienceandhighvalueforourclients.
Leaddatamanagement:relatedforumsandrequirementsgatheringworkshops.
Displayahighlevelofcriticalthinkingincross:functionalprocessanalysisandproblemresolutionfornewandexistingproducts.Identifythedatamanagementbusinessandoperationalrequirementsbaseduponthebusinessrequirements and objectivesofeachproduct
Serveasproductexpert,includinginteroperabilitywithotherproductsandservicestobothinternalstakeholdersandexternalclients
Coordinateandbuildstrongworkingrelationswithvariousinternalorganizationsincluding;IT,Sales,ProgramSolutions,ProductDevelopment,andOperations.
Projectmanagementofallproductintegration/launches/changesthroughoutimplementation.
Identifyproductrequirementsanddevelopuserstoriesforproductconcepts.
Workcloselyandcollaborativelywiththetechnologyteaminaniterativeandagiledevelopmentprocesstobringproductstolife
Develop and conductspecializedtrainingondatamanagementfunctionality
Ensurethedatamanagementsupportforallproductreleasesandclientimplementationsmeetthefunctionality,performanceandqualitystandards
Produceinternalproductdocumentation
Directlymanageandprovidementorship,assistanceandguidancetotheindividualsintheproductmanagementteam
Supportthesales,programsolutions,andoperations/supportteamswithongoingprospect,client,andparticipantdatamanagementneeds
Monitorinternalprocessesrelatedtodatamanagementforefficiencyandvaliditypre and postproductlaunch/changes.
Mustbeavailabletotravel,asneeded
Performsotherdutiesandresponsibilitiesasassigned.
Requirements:
Education/Training/Experience/Licenses
Bachelor'sDegreeincomputerscience,orinformationsystems
Minimum5yearsprogressiveproductmanagementexperience;3yearsinadatamanagementrole.Experienceinproductdevelopment,strategicplanning,andimplementationpreferred.Experiencewithwellness:relatedinitiativespreferred.
Provenabilitytoworkdirectlywithproductdesign,businessowner,userexperiencedesign,andprogrammingteams.
Self:starterwithpersonalinitiativeandtheabilitytobothgiveandreceivedirection
Businessmindsetwiththeabilitytograspcomplexconceptsanddevelopclear,concise,synthesizedrecommendations
