The Leasing Consultant for The Grove is responsible for achieving excellence in sales performance for the site, which means meeting the sales/leasing objective for the facility. This requires personal sales calls as well as directing the sales activities of others. The Leasing Consultant will meet or exceed expectations for sales performance in our exciting results-driven culture. This function is actively engaged in gaining new prospects, following up with prospects, and closing on sales to meet or exceed set goals. The Leasing Consultant will assist with hiring and development of key leasing professionals and community assistant site personnel.
