Position Summary Administers the Salesforce production environment. Assists with the design, testing anddeployment of software enhancements and new modules for the banks salessoftware system, Salesforce.com. Principal Duties and Responsibilities Administers the Salesforce production environment Provides end user support Develops reporting Promotes tested/certified code from the Salesforce development and test environments to production Manages production data (eg data de-duplication, work with users on record management, etc.) Responsible for assisting with configuration and development in SalesForce. Assists with data mapping and systems integration. Analyze business requirements and creates necessary documentation and test cases Prepares system and training documentation for employees at the bank. Works with various business teams to translate business data needs into requirements and data mapping documents that can then be used by technical teams. Maps data from Bank Core and ancillary systems to the Data Warehouse. Tests configuration, data integrations, and code to ensure that it meets business requirements.
